4-star rating is just for service (specifically, Pete), as the salesman I dealt with here never got back to me with any numbers (so, wound up purchasing my vehicle from another dealership). This dealership is closer to me, so I opted to go here for service. Pete was on top of things from the get go, and had always been courteous and responsive. I've only taken my vehicle in for warranty repairs and standard servicing, but I've been to plenty of dealerships where even this type of service is an extreme ordeal (*cough* North Penn Mazda - for my mom's car). Thumbs up for Pete and the service techs, thumbs down for the sales rep that didn't want to give me the time of day (which, now that I think of - my dad had the same issue here with the sales team).

I had a great experience from the time I walked into the dealership. Dylan was our product specialist and he was great. I did not feel pressured and he worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The team there works well together to help make the deal happen. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone to go to Montgomeryville Acura and ask for Dylan, you will not be disappointed.

At first, I needed new struts. The next day, I was told that the latch was also an issue. The initial diagnostic should have caught BOTH parts. There was a lack of assurance this would fix my trunk for good. Andrew offered to inform his rep of this, and to get back to me on Monday. He did not do the latter, so I followed up. To date, I have not heard back.

I reached out several times and was promised a call back several times with nothing. There is a vehicle I was ready to purchase (check in hand from my credit union), but couldn’t seem to get anyone to return my call to move forward with deal. POOR customer service and communication. I talked to THREE different people (including sales manager) and not one of them bothered to follow up or call as promised. I would not recommend this dealership and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Walked in to take a look at the ZDX. I was hesitant initially. I was immediately greeted warmly by Chris Newton a real sales professional. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the hated car buying experience pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with the whole purchase process from start to finish. Sales experience was great and seamless but it all went downhill 2 days after the purchase of my used 2019 Kia Optima. The check engine light went on, had the code checked and cylinders were not firing, was told by sales associate that this should be covered under the power train warranty, took to a Kia service center and it was not covered and the drive belt was damaged and needed to be replaced, about $900 worth of repairs including brake fluid that needed to be drained and replaced. I have reached back out via email and message and no response, very hard to get ahold of anybody by phone at this point. TO ADD TO ALL OF THIS THERE WERE BEER CAPS UNDER THE FRONT SEATS FROM PREVIOUS OWNER.

Please People don't go there they are crooks. They have sold us a used car that was actually a junk car.

I had a great experience buying my new RDX aspec from Montgomeryville Acura. My sales consultant Dylan was great and got me the best deal by far on a new RDX aspec after comparing pricing at other Acura dealers. I will be referring all my friends and family to this Acura dealer!

We went to buy a certified pre owned RDX after seeing it listed on the website and speaking with a salesman over the phone. When we arrived, Abe was very kind but very clearly new. He told us everything we wanted to hear, it seemed too good to be true. The vehicle was listed as certified but I saw on the carfax that it had an open recall. When I asked Abe and his manager about this, Abe said that the repair was done but it did not yet reflect on the carfax. I also inquired about how recently the tires were changed and Abe said “don’t worry, we’ll hook it up with new tires”. I later spoke with the manager only to learn that abe lied about the PRICE, the recall, the tires. None of what he told us was true. He insisted on trying to get us to sign the deal with the promise that he would fix everything for us after the fact. When I brought all of this up to the manager, he stopped answering my calls and would not return my calls when I left voicemail. This place tries to trick you, as many car salesmen may, but the manager is shady as well. They try to sell cars under the guise of being certified when they don’t meet criteria.

We were in an accident and looking for a vehicle with value and a decent payment. From beginning to end Able Rivers was our salesman and conducted himself professionally and showed at every turn he truly cared about us and our decision, he made us feel comfortable throughout the process even after we purchased the car, Able followed ip with us and ensured we were happy with our purchase! A truly great experience! We would purchase from Acura Montgomeryville again in a heart beat!!!

I was considering purchasing an Acura. After experiencing the less than impeccable service and Pete’ unprofessional behavior I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

I really hoped my review would have been a positive one, but my experience was not. I’m going to start by saying, I live in NJ. I purchased a “Certified Pre-Pwned” 2021 Technology Package RDX at this dealership, and traded in a Honda Accord that was in excellent condition with low miles given the year of the vehicle. In addition to my trade, I had a $20 grand down payment. The car was being sold for $44 grand. I have been wanting this vehicle, and I saved for this for a long time. This vehicle was advertised as never being in an accident and having one previous owner, with a clean CARFAX report. A few months into owning the vehicle, I noticed the passenger side window moldings coming off, in addition to the moldings on the passenger side door. I happen to be driving by a body shop, and was told the car was in accident. Naturally, my heart dropped, and I did not believe what I was being told. I then called Montgomery Acura, to inquire if my car was involved in an accident, and was told it was not in an accident. The dealership that serviced my vehicle replaced the moldings several times, but it continued to be an issue. My servicing dealership looked at my SUV closely and also determined it was involved in an accident. They pointed out the welding on the inside of the door. I had the vehicle for a year at this point. Needless to say, I was livid! I was completely disgusted and disappointed, as this was an Acura dealership; this was not a Bob’s discount dealer. I had a lot of respect for the Acura/Honda brand. I immediately contacted the dealer, and returned the SUV, pointing out the issues. They claimed to have not been aware the SUV was in an accident, despite having knowledge the paint color on the passenger side was different. This is where I take issue! This was a clear indicator the vehicle was in an accident, however; it was ignored, because it was not on the CARFA. Sounds like fraud to me. Anyway, I was told my down payment could not be transferred to another vehicle, and so I was forced to lease. They did pay off the damaged vehicle, and I did not have to put any money down for the lease, but this entire situation should have never happened. I initially went in for a purchase, not a lease. Buyer beware!

Went to the acura dealer looking for a car i saw online, chris Newton greeted me when i walked in and didnt hesitate to help me find the car i was looking for. As a first time car buyer they didnt haggle me into anything i didnt want and i didnt feel pressured, overall 10/10 would reccomend acura they seemed really fair unlike some dealers i was shopping at.

After exhaustive research and price comparisons at different dealerships, I landed at Montgomeryville Acura and I couldn’t be happier with my MDX purchase. I worked with Chris Newton through the process and he was perfect. I wasn’t on a specific timeline and he was no-pressure, communicative, very knowledgeable, and flexible (which I definitely appreciated). Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience and would definitely recommend this place.

I rarely leave reviews but I was getting my acura serviced yesterday and Pete Zogg was super helpful; he always is. I had an issue with a new employee who was training and did not share some information for my appointment and Pete Zogg stepped in and handled it. He listens and is calm in a stressful situation. I always trust Pete Zogg to give me fair pricing and get car services that I need.

Just purchased a 2024 Acura Integra from the Montgomeryville Acura Dealership. Chris Newton was very helpful informing me about the vehicle and was very accommodating. The staff was very kind and friendly. We did run into some issues when talking to the financial department, they were unaware that it was a preowned car and unaware of the interest rate that was discussed previously. Other than that they were not too pushy and were very quick to get back to us about the vehicle.

Hi all! I would just like to say...I highly recommend Montgomeryville Acura! They have made us Acura drivers for life! It really was great working with this dealership. We had attmepted to work with Abington Acura and their only salesman's lack of professionalism all but ran us to another dealer. Needless to say we ended up at Montgomeryville. Our sales person Chris Newton, more than made up for our previous experience. He was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand our growing family's needs and helped us find and make a purchase that really was best for us. He was a no pressure salesman who noted he just believed in the product and let the Acuras sell them selves. He showed us everything each model had to offer and though we were only there for a test drive, because of our experience and what the lot had to offer we found our car and ended up purchasing that day. At the time of purchase we noticed a broken console cup clip and Chris went above and beyond to coordinate getting it repaired for us a few days later. We are certainly happy with our purchase and will be going back to Montgomeryville for any future car purchases just for the great service! Thank you.. we love our new MDX!
