Hi all! I would just like to say...I highly recommend Montgomeryville Acura! They have made us Acura drivers for life! It really was great working with this dealership. We had attmepted to work with Abington Acura and their only salesman's lack of professionalism all but ran us to another dealer. Needless to say we ended up at Montgomeryville. Our sales person Chris Newton, more than made up for our previous experience. He was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He really took the time to understand our growing family's needs and helped us find and make a purchase that really was best for us. He was a no pressure salesman who noted he just believed in the product and let the Acuras sell them selves. He showed us everything each model had to offer and though we were only there for a test drive, because of our experience and what the lot had to offer we found our car and ended up purchasing that day. At the time of purchase we noticed a broken console cup clip and Chris went above and beyond to coordinate getting it repaired for us a few days later. We are certainly happy with our purchase and will be going back to Montgomeryville for any future car purchases just for the great service! Thank you.. we love our new MDX!

4-star rating is just for service (specifically, Pete), as the salesman I dealt with here never got back to me with any numbers (so, wound up purchasing my vehicle from another dealership). This dealership is closer to me, so I opted to go here for service. Pete was on top of things from the get go, and had always been courteous and responsive. I've only taken my vehicle in for warranty repairs and standard servicing, but I've been to plenty of dealerships where even this type of service is an extreme ordeal (*cough* North Penn Mazda - for my mom's car). Thumbs up for Pete and the service techs, thumbs down for the sales rep that didn't want to give me the time of day (which, now that I think of - my dad had the same issue here with the sales team).

I had a great experience from the time I walked into the dealership. Dylan was our product specialist and he was great. I did not feel pressured and he worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The team there works well together to help make the deal happen. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever had. Edit- Thank you for reimbursing us for the service charges in full, I and truly impressed! I have revised this review to a 4 star but leaving my previous comments. Sales experience was great and seamless but it all went downhill 2 days after the purchase of my used 2019 Kia Optima. The check engine light went on, had the code checked and cylinders were not firing, was told by sales associate that this should be covered under the power train warranty, took to a Kia service center and it was not covered and the drive belt was damaged and needed to be replaced, about $900 worth of repairs including brake fluid that needed to be drained and replaced. I have reached back out via email and message and no response, very hard to get ahold of anybody by phone at this point. TO ADD TO ALL OF THIS THERE WERE BEER CAPS UNDER THE FRONT SEATS FROM PREVIOUS OWNER.

Went to the acura dealer looking for a car i saw online, chris Newton greeted me when i walked in and didnt hesitate to help me find the car i was looking for. I rarely leave reviews but I was getting my acura serviced yesterday and Pete Zogg was super helpful; he always is. I had an issue with a new employee who was training and did not share some information for my appointment and Pete Zogg stepped in and handled it. He listens and is calm in a stressful situation. I always trust Pete Zogg to give me fair pricing and get car services that I need.

Just purchased a 2024 Acura Integra from the Montgomeryville Acura Dealership. Chris Newton was very helpful informing me about the vehicle and was very accommodating. The staff was very kind and friendly. We did run into some issues when talking to the financial department, they were unaware that it was a preowned car and unaware of the interest rate that was discussed previously. Other than that they were not too pushy and were very quick to get back to us about the vehicle.
